A common question is why did I assemble such a plethora of help pages, many of which have no relation to others. The answer is simple. For my own benefit. I don't always have time to look things up while at a client site. Often, when I do find a helpful site, it's gone the next time I click on the bookmark in Netscape or Favorites in Internet Explorer. I have assembled this site, again, for my own benefit. I choose to share it with you, hoping that it helps. I try to put the original link where possible and give credit to those whom created the documents (or say they did). I hope you find them useful. I am not responsible for any damage you cause to your or someone else's computer using any of these pages. You use them at your own risk! I am also not 24 x 7 tech support.
As always, you should back up the computer before you attempt any update or patch. Further, you should read the manual or call the official product support line if you have questions.
If you need some help in deciding on hardware or software or have any questions, comments, or ideas, please send an email to the administrator of this page. Hopefully, I will be able to help you, depending on my schedule.
